Airo

What Airo is for

There is a number of people one person can call back. Everyone past it is lost quietly.

Nobody decides to stop calling back. The enquiries arrive faster than the hours allow, the list grows, and the people at the bottom of it are never told anything at all. They simply never hear from you.

Airo is the answer to that arithmetic and nothing else. It calls every person who asks, has a real conversation, finds out what they actually want, and hands the ones worth speaking to back to a human being who now has the time to do it properly.

If I’ve got 50 people calling back, I’m only a one human.

One client, five months

What came out of it.

2,121

real conversations

Riverstone Living supplied 3,149 people to dial. 2,121 of them picked up and spoke. Every number after this one begins there.

142

qualified buyers

Qualified against Riverstone Living's own criteria on intent, age and interest, not ours. The team then ruled out 88, mostly on money or age, which are facts a phone call cannot verify.

11

tours completed

Nineteen people asked to see a home and eleven walked through the door, on homes above £1M. Two of them reserved. Riverstone Living reported every one of those figures.

16,765 calls placed for this one client

A lead the team had already written off. A home above £1M.

He reserved yesterday, because he was a lost lead, Airo then called. So we’re counting it.

Matt CochandSales, Riverstone Living1 July 2026

He was on the list of people nobody was going to call again. That is the part worth sitting with. Not the reservation, the fact that it was already written off when Airo dialled it.

Who was on the other end

Nobody was buying an apartment.

They were asking four questions. Will I have company. Will I be safe. Can I stay near my people. Can I keep my independence.

A system that only sorted leads would never know that. Airo listens to the whole conversation, so at the end of five months the client could be told not just how many people were worth calling, but what every one of them had actually come for.

  • 28came first for an event, not a viewing
  • 16came for company, and people like themselves
  • 11came to stay near their own people
  • 9asked about care and safety in the building
  • 7began looking because life had turned a corner

Of the 55 qualified buyers still moving forward on 19 September 2026. Many gave more than one reason.

Basically, I’m single. I would like company.
A buyer, in his own words, on a call with Airo. We do not publish their names.

Rather than read about it

Let it call you.

Give it a number and Airo will ring it. You will be told what you are speaking to before you say anything, because that is the rule, and you can put the phone down whenever you like. It is the shortest possible version of this entire page.

A person reads every one of these before a call is placed. Anyone who asks is told what they are speaking to. Across the Riverstone Living deployment the recording opt-out ran at one in a thousand, confirmed by their own media agency.

We use Airo as almost the CRM for marking them as lost-led, interested, not interested. I think it keeps everyone’s life a lot easier.

Myself and our CFO were going, we really want to find a way to work with them.

Your list, not ours

Put your own numbers in.

Everything above happened to somebody else. Move these two and the page stops being a report about a development in London and starts being about the list sitting in your own system this morning.

What the silence is costing you£325ka month, at the rate the ones you do reach already qualify

404would have a real conversation, every month
27would reach your team already qualified
194are the ones currently hearing nothing back
42hours a month your people would not spend dialling

Worked from what happened at one development over five months: two in three people supplied picked up and spoke, and one in fifteen of those met that client’s own criteria. Your list is not their list. This is the shape of the answer, not a forecast, and the only way to know properly is to let Airo call a real one.

Two deployments, two years

See what it finds in your own list.

47,000 calls placed. 718 qualified buyers, each counted by that client’s own criteria. The fastest way to know what Airo would find in your list is to let it look at a real one.
