Our commitment
Velto Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our business or supply chains.
Our supply chains
Our supply chains primarily consist of:
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Software and API providers
- Professional services (legal, accounting)
- Hardware suppliers for business equipment
We select providers holding recognised certifications including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, and who demonstrate commitment to ethical business practices.
Due diligence
We undertake due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly review existing suppliers. Our due diligence processes include:
- Reviewing supplier certifications and compliance documentation
- Assessing supplier commitment to ethical practices
- Monitoring supplier relationships on an ongoing basis
Training
All staff receive briefings on our ethical standards and expectations at onboarding. This includes awareness of modern slavery indicators and reporting procedures.
Reporting concerns
We encourage all employees, contractors, and business partners to report any concerns related to our direct activities or supply chains. Reports can be made to the Director without fear of retaliation.
Approval
This statement has been approved by the Director of Velto Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
