Requirements by market

We help you set up Airo for the UK, US, EU, Australia and New Zealand, with consent wording, call openings and calling windows prepared before launch.

Forms and existing leads
We review your callback wording and privacy notice, keeping changes to a minimum. For existing leads, we check the original permission and help obtain fresh consent before calling if required.
Call opening
Your company name and the reason for calling, with a clear AI notice when required. Airo always answers honestly if asked.
Hours and recording
Calling windows agreed in the lead's local time. Recording notice and consent are addressed during setup.

Every market

A person when requested.
Where live transfer is configured and your team is available, Airo connects the call. Otherwise, it arranges a callback.
Contact preferences respected.
Requests to stop marketing calls are recorded and respected.
Recording is a choice.
If someone declines, no audio recording or transcript is kept.

Permission to contact

Is it legal for Airo to call our leads?

Yes. We help you put the right permissions and call setup in place, so Airo can respond to your enquiries lawfully. We prepare the consent wording, opening line and calling windows for your markets before the first call.

Can you help us get the right consent?

Yes. We help you capture clear permission for the calls you want to make. For UK leads, we check that the callback request covers the intended AI call. US AI sales calls generally require prior express written consent. For EU leads, we prepare the consent journey for the countries you serve, ready for your legal team's review.

Do we need to change our enquiry form or privacy policy?

Yes. We prepare the wording for your setup, keeping changes to a minimum. Your privacy notice explains how your AI assistant handles enquiries, and your form captures the permission the call requires. We give your legal team the proposed wording and call opening to review before launch.

Can Airo contact leads already in our database?

Yes. We review your existing leads, confirm who can be contacted and help obtain fresh permission for the rest. We check the original enquiry, consent and opt-outs before Airo calls, with a clear privacy notice and a straightforward way to decline further contact.

Call handling

Does Airo tell people it is AI?

Yes. Airo identifies itself as AI whenever disclosure is required and always answers honestly if asked. Calls open with your company name and the reason for contact. We prepare the AI notice and its timing for each market, with a clear route to your team if someone prefers a person.

What if someone wants to speak to a person?

Where live transfer is configured and someone is available, Airo can connect them to your team. Otherwise, it can arrange a callback. We agree the handover route and team availability during setup, so asking for a person leads to a clear next step.

Can Airo call outside office hours?

Yes. Airo can respond beyond your team's office hours. We set calling windows around each lead's local time and the rules for that market. When someone requests a particular callback time, we confirm that it can be honoured, so a prompt response also respects their preferences.

Data and contact preferences

Are calls recorded, and how is customer data protected?

Recording and transcription are covered in the setup and privacy information. Before launch, we agree their purpose, the notice people receive, who can access the information, how long it is kept and how requests are handled. Your review can also cover the services processing that data and any international transfers.

What happens if someone asks us to stop calling?

Their choice needs to carry through to the next call. Airo supports do-not-call exclusions, and requests to stop marketing calls should be recorded and respected. During setup, we agree how those requests are handled across Airo, your team and any connected systems.

Market requirements and legal review

Can Airo contact leads in different countries?

Yes. We help you prepare for leads in the UK, US, EU, Australia and New Zealand. Before launch, we agree the consent, disclosure, recording and calling settings for the markets you serve, including differences between US states. Location details on your form help us configure the right setup.

Can our legal team review everything before launch?

Yes. Your team can review the proposed form wording, privacy information, call opening, permissions and human handover before launch. We work through the processing arrangements and configuration with you, so the review covers the customer's whole journey.
