opportunities to its team.

01 · Before
The list was growing faster than the team could reach it.
Thousands of people had made an enquiry. Riverstone Living’s sales team were doing the patient work of calling them back, but reaching one person could take dozens of attempts. Good people were spending expensive hours on repetition.
“I have them calling 50 people to get one to answer the phone.”
Ashley Holden, Group Sales Director, Riverstone Living
02 · Called
Airo carried the repetition.
Airo made 16,765 calls: about five attempts for each person, at the hours they were most likely to answer. When 342 people asked for a later call, Airo called again.
That meant 190 hours of conversation, 23 working days the sales team could spend elsewhere.
03 · Answered
2,121 real conversations.
Two in every three people answered. Of the 142 who went on to qualify, 128 asked at least one question of their own. This was not a broadcast. It was a conversation.
04 · Qualified
142 qualified buyers.
Each person met Riverstone Living’s own qualification criteria for intent, age and interest during the call. Airo returned a smaller, clearer group for the human team to focus on.
05 · Learned
The conversations showed what to improve next.
Of the 88 qualified buyers who did not proceed, Riverstone Living’s notes recorded budget or age as the reason for 72. That finding now shapes what Airo asks earlier, with consent, so the next conversation can be more useful.
Improved for one. Inherited by all.
06 · Handed over
The right moments went back to people.
Nineteen qualified buyers, each with a stated budget from £1 million, asked to visit. Eleven completed a tour. From there, Riverstone Living’s team took over, because this part is human.
07 · Reserved
£1.9M reserved.
Riverstone Living reported two reservations within five months of Airo’s first call. One came from a lead that had previously been written off.
Valued at Riverstone Living’s lowest published price.
“He reserved yesterday, because he was a lost lead, Airo then called. So we’re counting it.”
Matt Cochand, Riverstone Living
08 · Why they want to live there
They were not only buying an apartment.
They were asking four human questions. Will I have company? Will I be safe? Can I stay near my people? Can I keep my independence?
Riverstone Living’s offer is powerful because it answers all four: your own front door, with people and support nearby.

“Basically, I’m single. I would like company.”
